Would you please advise me what are your favorite and preferred levels for Noise removal?
It is for a spoken podcast (no music).

It doesn't work like that. These control are all sliders because they change with the show and there are a very broad range of adjustments.

We've also found that "noise" is an interesting concept. A Metrobus starting up outside your window, leaving a TV on in the background, a dog barking and room echoes are not noise. If you have any of those, they're now performers in your show.

Is there a sample of your show somewhere we can listen to and see what you're doing?

What are you trying to fix -- in words.
