help, menu bar
up in the menu bar, where it says core, built in output, built in imput, the icon of the magnifying class, the big I, the two sided arrow, the volume control, and so on are all moved from the top and i cant move them back, what do i do to move them back

The toolbars move around depending on how you grab and pull icons and graphics. I make the sound meters really big because I know how to read them and the tiny default ones drive me nuts. When I click and expand them, all the other tools and graphics scurry out of the way.
