How to get stero mix for vista home basic

Hey guys i am having some dificulty with how to change the sound options so i can record internal audio is there anyone who can tell me how to get the stero mix option for windows vista if you could please help i will be forever greatfull :?

For Vista you shoud be on Audacity 1.3.13, which you can get from here: http://audacityteam.org/download/beta_windows
