Metronome

Hi. The metronome that comes with audacity was working fine but now has completly disappeared from the menu. Can anyone help?

It should be under Generate > Click Track. Have you turned off Nyquist effects in Preferences?

Have any other generators or effects disappeared from the menus?

Hi Bill. Nyquist effects are still on.. It was under generate but seems to have dissapeared. I dont know if any other effects are gone. Under generate there are CHIRP, NOISE, DTMF TONES, SILENCE, TONE. any other sugestions? Cheers Mate. Rob

You're missing all the below-the-line tools like Click Track, Pluck, and Rissit Drum.

Do you have Effects below Truncate Silence... and WahWah...?

Have you restarted your machine?

Check in "Audacity menu > Preferences > Effects" that "Nyquist" is enabled.
