Breaths in Voice Recording

Hi All,

I have a recording of commentary but at some points the voice talent breathed slightly into the mic so there's a bit of fuzziness over some of the words. Is there an easy fix?

Any help greatly appreciated

Unfortunately there's no quick fix for this.
In some cases, using the "High Pass Filter" effect (set to a low frequency, for example 100 Hz) can help.

The proper solution is to fix it before it happens by using a "pop filter" to prevent the talent from blowing on the microphone.

Cassandra, You need to inform your voice talent about it. If they are not using a pop screen, they must. If they need to breathe, they should stop talking, brethe in slowly and possibly way from the mic. You (or they) can easily edit out the breath breath breaks. If you want a more natural "interview" sound, instruct your voice talent to breath before he/she talks. The breaths are easily edited out if it's too much.
