How can I copy harmonies I've recorded in 1 verse into another verse so I don't have to record them all again and how can I align them perfectly?

Are the harmonies on their own separate audio track, or are they mixed in with other sounds?

You can use the Time Shift Tool (sideways black arrows) to push tracks forward or backward in time. We're building up to telling you you can't separate voices from a mixed track. Once you mix everything together into one stereo show, that's it. You can add more, but you can't take one voice for example, out.

The harmonies are recorded on separate tracks. I've just tried the time tool - it's impressive! I duplicated the track with the harmony I wanted used in verse 2 and found I can move short clips into existing tracks where there is space (sorry - not using the technical phraseology!). Next question is how to perfectly sync the duplicated harmony recording into the 2nd verse. Would appreciate your ideas - thanks so much for your help so far.
