How to change the language

Hi!

I've just installed Audacity and have been trying to follow an Audacity-Lame tutorial for creating mp3 files. However the tutorial with all its screen shots is in English and Audacity appears in Hebrew on my computer. That creates considerable difficulties since the screen shots in English do not match exactly what I see written in Hebrew on my screen.

Could anyone tell me how to change the language Audacity uses to English??

I now have Audacity running in English and have succeeded in creating an mp3 file.
