change tempo

When I select all tracks and apply change tempo, some tracks go out of sync. I've tried to change tempo of each track separately and it still won't work..Ideas?

If you have some tracks that do not start at the beginning (time = zero) then they will go out of sync with tracks that begin at a different position. This is because leading "white space" is not time stretched. If you use "Mix and Render" (Tracks menu) on each individual track (one at a time), then each track will start at time=zero and should then stay in sync when you stretch them all together.
