It was actually missing an include for stdio.h in Stk.h. I added it and it compiled fine.

Thanks. Is it FreeBSD that this fixes?

I think you are talking about lib-srclibnyquistnyquistnyqstkincludeStk.h. Can you post a patch or indicate exactly where to add the include so we could consider the change?
