Ok i record and do all my songs on audacity and my problem is when im done mixing and all that and everything sounds great (while playin it in audacity) but after i export it and listen to it say on media player or anywhere else the sound quality takes a hit..meaning it doesnt sound like it does when i played it in audacity..Any ideas or help with this would be great.

Export in WAV format (or another "lossless" format).
If using Windows Media Player, switch off all "enhancement" effects in the media player.
Adjust the playback level if necessary.
