My PC contains a built-in microphone. When i plug-in a cassette deck in the line-in of my PC also input via this microphone is recorded. According to the documentation it should be possible to select which input channel you use (to the right where you can select input/output levels), but this option is not selectable. I'm using Audacity 1.2.6
Many thanks

Re: Disabling built-in microphone
Source selections have to be done in Windows, not Audacity -- or Windows and Then Audacity.
