Matching subsequent recordings with click track

Hi, all:

When I do a song, I start with a click track; say 110 BPM. I then add percussion from a keyboard, set at 110 BPM. I then record the live stuff following the click track.

Is there a convenient way to match the subsequent tracks with the click track without manually time shifting to account for letency, etc?

It's then only a matter of playing in time
