Hi there
Apart from the bar across the top displaying the time, is there any other way of displaying the EXACT time in a box somewhere?
So if I was part of the way through a song it would should the time at that point as
01h:03m:56sec
something like that?
Any ideas as I'd like to know the exact time of the section I am listening to?
Thanks
Shippo
Exact time of where I am in audio (stop watch) -How display?

In Audacity 1.2.6 you can see the cursor position (not the playback position) in a display at the bottom of the project window.
If you want to see the playback position (and have much more flexibility to make selections by time), upgrade to 1.3.12 where you have the selection toolbar.
