Just to add to the general melee about this error. I just finished recording a LP using various versions to test the buzzing. I went back to the last pre Universal (i.e. Intel only) version since I got buzzing in each of the Universal beta releases at various times during the recording. I was using v1.3.2. When I finished recording @ 44khz, 32bit, and pressed "stop" it crashed. There wasn't any buzzing in the recording that I could hear. Trying to open the file yielded the same error at line 8.
I also tried the various file recovery methods including trying the Python script. No luck.
