This is taken from 1.3.13 on an Intel Mac running fully patched Snow Leopard. The 1.3.13 can't be more than a week old.
I was going to post about making the Monitor Switch graphically visible -- that click inside the record meters tool? But I see if I Right-Click (Control-Click) the messages tell me which mode I'm in. That's a good work-around.
If I could see them.
