I have an 8.87G wav file I tried to open in Audacity. It only opened the first 88 minutes. Is there a size limit to what Audiacity can handle? What is it?
Thanks.

<<<It only opened the first 88 minutes.>>>
Would that happen to work out to around 2G? Alternately, how do you know it didn't open up the whole show? There are plenty of people with complaints that they recorded continuously for thirteen weeks but only got the first 90 minutes as a playable file.

Re: size limitations
88 min is considerably less than 2G. In fact it should be less than 1G. 8.87G is 15hrs exactly.
However, it turns out you are correct. It is the whole thing. For some odd reason it ended after 88 min. I re-recorded in mp3 and got the whole 15hr show. Any idea on what the problem is there?
Thanks.
