Audacity is rendering rather strangely when first openning a compressed project file.
I am using 1.3.12-beta on Win 7-64.
When I double click the .aup file in Windows Explorer, the bottom track renders about 2 cm lower than expected. See the attached screenshot.
Do I need a new library or new version of Java or .NET, or is this a bug?

Does the _data folder of the project contain one .ogg file or two? If two, then I presume there is a shortage of RAM (check if you have "Audio Cache" enabled in the Directories preferences) or a video driver problem.
