Newbie Needs to Fade?

Post by elijahnow » Wed Mar 05, 2008 10:36 pm

I know this must be one of the easiest things to do even for a newbie. But I’m going to ask anyway, I need to get this done as soon as I can.

I need to fadeout the end of my music. I have tried the fadeout under effects but it begins fading to early. I need to start the fade close to the end.

If someone could let me know what to do or tell me where to find the information I would sure appreciate it.
Thanks

Place the cursor at the point you want the fade to start, then click and drag from that point to the end of the track so that you have that section selected. Now apply the fade and it will start from the desired point, fading to zero by the end of the track.
