Duplicate a label track - how?

Hi, first time poster, search didn't help with my issue.

I've added labels to a project to mark music sections (e.g. Intro, Verse1, Chorus1, Bridge1, etc). Now I want to duplicate the track so I have another set of labels at the exact same locations, with the intent to edit each one with chord progressions (e.g. change Verse1 to C-Am-G-F or whatever).

Selecting the whole track and hitting Edit-->Duplicate did nothing. Creating a new Label Track, then cutting old track and pasting to new Label Track did nothing.

Am I missing something obvious, or does anyone have a workaround?
