Post by aarora1982 » Wed Jun 30, 2010 6:04 pm

I have M Audio Pro Vocal Studio. Thru' audacity i want to record the song that i am singning in M Audio.
The problem is that audacity is only recording my Voice and is not able to take the song that is being played in M Audio. Please suggest how should i record my voice mixed with the M Audio song

Please help.

What do you mean "the song that is being played in M Audio"? The M-Audio is a microphone isn't it? :?

If you mean that the song is playing in "Pro Tools® M-Powered™ Essential" software, why not record the microphone in that software rather than complicate the set-up with two programs?
Alternatively, if you prefer to record in Audacity, why not import the song into Audacity rather than playing it in Pro Tools Essentials?
