Thanks, Whomper. IMO we can pass on that chart. 95% of the problems we get are people not being able to record correctly or at all (the Wiki has fairly good coverage there); or people lose sound on the built-in audio device on Windows because they plugged in a USB turntable or USB mic (also covered).
