a newbie question

Hi;
I am recording streaming music from satellite. Then, saving it as wav file before burning it and creating an audio CD. Here's my question:
Is it possible to insert a label at every 78th or 79th minute since a cd holds only 80 minute music?
When I use silence finder , Audacity cannot insert labels since the gap between songs is less than a second. I reduced it to .50-.60. it did not work.
