What is the most powerful and effective reverb effect for Audacity?
I am looking for something to greatly enhance voice recordings for depth, presence, reverb etc.
Thanks very much.
Most effective reverb for Audacity?

Audacity 1.3.x is now obsolete. Please use the current Audacity 2.1.x version.
The final version of Audacity for Windows 98/ME is the legacy 2.0.0 version.

Re: Most effective reverb for Audacity?
I guess that's a pretty subjective question, since the definition of "effective" and "powerful" will vary from listener to listener and from track to track. Audacity has its own Reverb effect, but it's arguably not particularly versatile. On the other hand there are a ton of free, shareware and commercial reverb VST plugins out there that offer a range of features, from the simple to the complex. I would suggest that you experiment with a few, keeping in mind that Audacity's limited VST support (alas, imposed by licensing limitations) means that you can't tweak an effect's settings in real time while listening its impact on the track - you have to apply the effect, playback, undo if it's not right, tweak again, etc, etc. On top of that Audacity can't display custom interfaces. Which is why I don't use VSTs in Audacity. But that aside.....
One of my favourite reverbs is Ambience - http://magnus.smartelectronix.com/
