Paste it. I believe it should be in your clipboard. If you rebooted you may be SOL.

You'll have to post more details - exactly what it is you were doing at the time, whether the data only existed in an Audacity project or you had imported MP3s or WAVs, etc etc. Also, is this the same question as your "after i copy my music where can i find it again" post?
