Selecting Clip Problems, HELP?
Okay so a few weeks ago I installed Audacity 1.3 on my Windows Vista computer. At first it was working fine when I would cut and select clips, I could shrink the bars if I wanted. Then a week or so passed and it wouldn't let me do that anymore. It only lets me record by a certain chop of a section and I can't extend or decrease it. Can anyone explain why and help me fix it? It never had this issue on the old version of Audacity, and it only started doing this recently. HELP?
