It seems the most precise way to edit an audio file is to fill in the selection start, selection end, in milliseconds, then deleting the unwanted section. It creates an envelope above the track panel where the time is, but i can't get it to delete. How can I get it to delete, or is there another way to cut out audio sections by milliseconds. Using the selection tool does not seem precise enough.
thanks

Re: editing by selection bar
The selection tool vcan be extremely precise if you zoom in enough.
