Track Notes

I'm not sure if this is the place to post this but I'm finding a real need to make notes on tracks I've made for an aup project.
Sure I can use notepad etc. but is it possible or has it been thought of, to have (maybe 255 character entry line) for each track you initiate. This would help with settings made for your track.

Just a suggestion. What do you think?

If there's another way to enter your data into Audacity like this, could someone tell me how to do that.
