Recording a Narrative

Post by Patricia » Tue Feb 09, 2010 10:16 pm

Hi, I am a brand new user of Audacity which was recommended to me today. I am attempting to record a narrative by producing powerpoint slides and recording a lesson against them. Has anyone else tried this sort of thing, and if so, how did you find it?

Best wishes

well we usually just talk from notes as the slides are shown

but in the pc's ms sound recording ap help
it has some tips for doing that

photo club has a commercial ap that syncs music with automatic slide shows - you could substitute voice for music if you wanted
dont recall the exact name: something gold (something = ???)

If you want to create a narrated powerpoint-slideshow you could try Slideshare's slidecast ... http://www.slideshare.net/jgraves1141/how-to-slidecast
