I’m having a weird problem with WAV files. These are voice recordings and in the playback the voice starts off and then, a slight bit later, it repeats, so you end up hearing two voices simultaneously, one playing back with a slight lag.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Re: Weird playback of WAV files
You can get that in Windows by having the wrong things opened up in the Sound Panels. Open up the Windows sound control panels and make sure everything is turned off except, I'm guessing now, WAV playback or something like that. If you have multiple things on or turned up, that's asking for trouble.
"What You Hear" and "Mix Out" are the two troublemakers depending on your Windows version.
