is it true that analogue from the turntable when put into digital is no good it loses quality

The main sound quality loss is if you convert it to MP3.
WAV recordings from vinyl can be very good, providing that the equipment is good and the vinyl is in good condition.

i tried wav one or two recordings are good but the rest are really bad hissing sound
