hello
I'm using Audacity 1.3.3 on an iMac running 10.4.11
I have a stereo track that I transfered from a DAT deck via an M-Audio Fast Track Pro.
I can't seem to get the Equalization effect to work. I highlight a portion of the track and goto
Effect:Equalization. I alter the EQ and select preview and the frequency response of the playback is
unchanged. I then tried copying and pasting a small section of the track to a new track and try again
without using preview and just letting the EQ effect process the track. Again the frequency response doesn't
change. I tried using graphic and parametric/draw and neither have any effect. Other Effects (Leveler, Bass Boost)
work as intended.
I can us Apple: AUGraphicEq from the Effects drop down menu.
Any ideas?
karl
