I'm a big n00b; but how to record a sound?????

Is it possible to record the sound of a internet-game????

Or can I only record sounds from a Mp3 or that kind of stuff

Recording the speaker output depends entirely on your hardware setup, so don't be surprised if you can't do it off the bat. There's a link on that last page I sent you to help using the Control Panel to set things up.
