Hi guys,
To record internal audio on a PC using Audacity all I had to do was right click on the speaker icon and click "recording devices" and from there I just had to disable my microphone and enable my "stero mix" sound card.
But I just can't figure out how to record internal audio on a Mac. Do any of you Mac users know how to?
Thanks
How to record internal audio on a Mac using Audacity?

Audacity 1.2.x is now obsolete. Please use the current Audacity 2.1.x version.
Mac 0S X 10.3 and earlier are no longer supported but you can download legacy versions of Audacity for those systems HERE.

Soundflower will do the trick. The instructions are a bit sparse but it can be made to work.
