Are there any shortcuts for stop and record buttons and other buttons?

Also the spacebar can be used to start and stop playback.

"R" = Record
"SHIFT + R" (or whatever the equivalent is on Mac) = Append Record
"P" = Pause / un-pause
"Shift + Spacebar" = loop play
The "Keyboard" section of "Preferences" (from Edit menu) will show all default keyboard short-cuts.
