I am using Audacity for spoken voice recording. It is essential to keep a log of 'themes' in relation to recording times and I can do this by having a Word file open while I listen to the recording. I intend to save the recording to a CD and it would be very helpful to be able to 'jump' straight to a specific segment when reviewing the file.
I can't find a way to do this. Is it possible?

Re: finding segments on returning to
Two options:
1: * Use 1.3.4
* Record the time from the bottom of the screen in the word doc
* When you want to get back, type the time back into the selection start box
2: * Label each section of audio, and keep a list of labels
* Use tab to cycle through the labels to find the correct one.
* You can use multiple label tracks if necessary.
