Hi,
I have read that there should be an Options button when I open "File-->Export" in Audacity 1.3.9; however, I have downloaded and installed it to no avail.
My export dialog window (titled Edit Metadata), the one where I am supposed to add ID tags for the MP3 file only contains Add, Remove, Clear for Tags; Edit, Reset for Genres; and Load, Save, Set Default for Templates. The whole dialog window has OK, and Cancel. I do not see where to state desired bitrate.
The software chooses automatically a 32 kpbs but I want to be able to improve MP3 file quality. Am I missing something? I installed LAME encoder 3.98.2
Thanks for your assistance.

Click "OK" and you will go to the Export dialogue which has the "Options" button.razom wrote: My export dialog window (titled Edit Metadata), the one where I am supposed to add ID tags for the MP3 file only contains Add, Remove, Clear for Tags; Edit, Reset for Genres; and Load, Save, Set Default for Templates. Oops! Thank you! I mistook that Window as a common Windows' "Save as..." dialog. Thanks a lot.
