Audacity 1.3.x is now obsolete. Please use the
current Audacity 2.1.x version.
Mac 0S X 10.3 and earlier are no longer supported but you can download legacy versions of Audacity for those systems

If you are up to installing our 1-3-10 Alpha you can check out the fix about seven hours from now. Go to:
http://www.audacity.homerow.net/index.php?dir=mac%2F
and get the build from the bottom of the list. The one you want will be dated "2009.09.14-03.15" or later.
