In the edit labels window, the start and end times are all zeros.
Should this not show the current start and end times?
If you export the labels, all the times are there.

Yup this looks like a bug to me (just tested on 1.3.8 Windows XP-HE)- I will alert the developers.
This behaviour did not happen in 1.3.7 (I just tested it) - so it has been introduced in the latest release.
When investigating this I found it hard to find where the "Edit Labels" was located - it is currently available under the Track menu - surely it would be more obvious to locate it under the Edit menu?

OK thanks we'll aim to fix it. It looks like some kind of initialisation problem - you can view and edit the time values correctly if you double-click them and use the TimeText controls (spin boxes). We've discussed this before. Functionally, the "Edit Labels" entry is I think in the correct menu, underneath the two "Add Label" items in the Tracks menu.
