Audacity 1.3.8 installed - but won't start.

I've had this problem numerous times before, and I can't remember how I fixed it the last time, which was a couple of months ago. I install audacity beta, use it, and then I go and do something dumb like mistakenly re-opening the .exe when it's already open. After that, whenever I launch the .exe, the welcome / help message comes up with a little tab on the start bar, but the actual application window is nowhere to be seen.

So I uninstalled it, and reinstalled it, but still the same happening occurs.

Fixed it guys, it's quite simple really, and all I've done is confirmed I'm an idiot.

It appears audacity sometimes gets stuck in minimization mode, and you have to right click the tab and click maximize rather than just click it normally.
