Audacity 1.3.x is now obsolete. Please use the current Audacity 2.1.x version.

The final version of Audacity for Windows 98/ME is the legacy 2.0.0 version.

Sorry, I haven't looked at this in a week. I only use audacity for editing my podcast once a week and so I haven't even opened it til now.

I'll test the nightly build now and pass on how it works.

FYI, my supposed fix didn't work. It worked for last weeks project, but once I started this weeks it gives me the same "disk full" error.

Thanks!

So far it seems to work. I left the default directory in there and it looks like it's saved my project.

Thanks!

Personally I chose my recording directory and created a new folder there called temp. Since making that change I haven't had this problem.
This workaround seems to work for me as well.

As saulecker states farther down the thread, that fix does not work. Please download the Nightly Build and try that.

To use it, extract the contents of the zip to a new folder and double-click audacity.exe from that new folder to launch it. It will not affect any installation of 1.3.9 or earlier you may have.
