Hello,
I want to know if Audacity 3.0.0 requires any data flow to the Internet during it's normal operation.
Like communicating with any cloud services for processing or saving data.
What I want to make sure is this application works offline and does not require nor transfer any data to a third party.
Thanks.
Does Audacity 3.0.0 make use of cloud services?

No, everything is local.

In the "Help" menu, there may be an option to use the online manual, and one to check on the internet for updates.

And one other note: Cloud Storage can be one of the two places you put valuable work to guard against deletion, accidental overwriting, or other damage. But use it divorced from Audacity. Save/Export the work locally, close Audacity and then move stuff around.
Do Not try to make Audacity deal with on-line storage directly.
