Hi all,
I got a Plantronics 3220 USB connected to my MacBook Pro and works great on Zoom, Skype and everything I can get my hands on.
I have been using Audacity for a while now on my old laptops but for my new setup I just can't get it to record the incoming sound. Meaning, if I start recording in audacity, it can record anything from my head set Mic and sensitivity is awesome but it CANNOT record any sound from the headset headset. It can record everything I say but again not the person't voice I am having a conference with.
I read forum and after forum with people having similar issues and tried the work around but to no avail.
Appreciate the help.
OS X Big Sur 11.2.2 and Plantronics 3220 + Audacity 2.4.2
