As a test, please try removing "BlackHole" and the "Multi-Output device".

I can't easily remove BlackHole like I can the multi-output but pressing the minus sign, so I didn't, but nothing changed when I removed the multi-output device.

Perhaps this is relevant. There's nothing under "supported rates."

To remove BlackHole, you will need to uninstall the BlackHole app.
I think it is quite likely that BlackHole is creating a conflict which is causing the problem, so I think you should definitely try removing it.

IF removing BlackHole fixes the problem, then it "may" be possible to reinstall BlackHole without reintroducing the problem - we can look into that if relevant.

I uninstalled it, but there was no change.

Are you able to play audio files with the Apple Music app?

Yes, all sound in other apps work.

Please open:
"Audacity menu > About Audacity"

Open the "Build Information" tab.

Scroll down to the bottom of the "Build Information" screen.

Take a screenshot and attach it to your reply.
