Edit > UNDO. Also Apple-Z or Control-Z.
If you Exported a WAV file, then the effects are permanently burned into the new WAV file. If you're still in your original project, just UNDO your way out of trouble.
You may also be experiencing why it's good to Export a WAV of your original capture or production. You can always go back to that if everything else goes into the toilet. Many people insist on covering up their original work with successive edits -- by exporting to the same filename. When something goes wrong, those people are nailed.
Especially if you're capturing a live performance, Export As WAV immediately as a safety and protection copy.
