Special Delete?

I'm going to carefully select something on the timeline. In one keystroke (or two), delete everything else. Leave it right there in time.

Photoshop has Select and Invert the Select—select everything else.

Windows / Linux: "Ctrl + T"
I'd guess that on Mac it's "command + T".
