when is the next audicity update and what will be new?

There are two on the horizon. 1.3.8 should be the distillation of all the experimental 1.3.8s that we've been beating up over the last bunch of months (I really need to bring the latest Mac version down and see if I can break it).

And, of course, 1.4.0 -- Stable is being finalized. Or more accurately, the instruction book is being finalized. That's the hard part.
