When scrolling through an audio file, I can drag the thumb left and right to get close to where I want, and then before this version could use the left and right arrows to fine tune my position. Those arrows no longer show up! Is this intentional?

The appearance of scrollbars depend on the desktop environment and the desktop theme.
There appears to be a trend away from the arrow buttons in modern desktop themes.

Re: 2.4.1, Ubuntu, missing scrolling arrows
Point is, it was on the previous version of Audacity, previous to me, 2.3.3. I use it daily, something changed. The whole look of the app is different. open dialog, save dialog, etc.
