Have tried both on all my Win 10 computers for digital music files, and the old unsupported 1.3 loads much faster and makes adjusting the sound simpler.
Am sure for others using the 2.3.3 is great for what ever they are using it for, but for my simple playing my digital files i used Audacity to get them off my old Vinyl records and play them the 1.3 is best.
Audacity 1.3 is better program for me then the 2.3.3
