Hi!
I am trying to record some audio - a reading of a poem that I am playing from a poetry website - using audacity and soundflower. I have set my sound settings such that the input and output are both on Soundflower 2-channel. On Audcaity I have the Audacity input set as the soundflower 2-Channel option. The output I have set both to soundflower 2-channel and to the built in speakers. But with both when I play the audio on the website and hit record on audacity it is not recorded - in other words it doesn't work - does anyone have any idea why this is?
I am using:
Audacity 2.3.3
soundflower_2.0b2
MacBook Pro 2019 - macOS Catalina 10.15.1
Recording Audio MacBook Pro 2019 Audacity & Soundflower

Re: Recording Audio MacBook Pro 2019 Audacity & Soundflower
I read somewhere else on this board recently that Soundflower is obsolete and that the Audacity team was working on a new version that simplifies recording sound from a computer.
