Hi!
I just imported a stereo file into a new Audacity session, but while the file plays seamlessly when previewing from the Finder, it is stuttering really badly when playing within Audacity. I just did another project using the same setup with no such problems. I am using an iMac running 10.12.6 (Sierra), recently installed the most recent Audacity build (2.3.3.0) and downloaded and installed the indicated ffmpeg libraries, and would appreciate any tips on how to fix it (I might have older versions of both Audacity and the ffmpeg libraries, so any specific tips regarding files to definitely delete if they might be causing this would be greatly appreciated).

Please state which version of macOS you are using,
and the exact three-section version number of Audacity from "Audacity menu > About Audacity".
